As clubs, we do good and give back to our communities. At the same time, it is a constant struggle to quantify our impact. The service impact module focuses on hands-on impact while also providing the option to document monetary impact through donations.

For this, we use three key metrics:

1. Hours spent
2. Money invested
3. Money donated

Clubs/areas/associations create records in the service impact module. Each record provides the following fields (all mandatory):

• Name of service activity
• Date range
• Purpose of service activity
• Activity description
• Hours spent - can be 0
• Money used - can be 0
• Money donated - can be 0
• Sharing level (association (default), international within club, family)

Add comment option (similar to comment functionality in activities)

Visibility is required on association level (important for reporting), i.e. every member within the association can see every record down to club level.

Add filter to allow drill-down on area and club level.
