ACTIVITIES - TW activity URL in calendar entry

Include the TW URL to the activity in the calendar entry that you get when subscribing to an activity.

Answer to Glenn's comment: The calendar entry that is created using iCalendar option in the invite should include the link to the activity in TW.

@Johannes: the URL should already be set for Apple/Outlook. Some clients don't render the field because this is a non-official iCalendar field.
