Title: Service Module – Service Log & Reporting (TablerWorld)

Why

Round Table has served for almost 100 years – yet we cannot show our impact. Service figures are collected today via form links: unpopular, poor data quality, no history. Without transparency we lose trust, visibility and future members. In addition, the new worldwide service program "Educate Every Child" and duzends of national programs benefit from reliable impact measurement.

Goal

Move from summary surveys to event-based logging: clubs (and every level with an admin) log Service Events in TablerWorld, optionally tagged to a Service Program. This automatically produces a live Service Report on every level (Club → Area → Association → Region → RTI → Family), readable by all members and available via API for the RTI homepage.

Scope (spec §4.1 – Key User Behaviour to Be Changed)

1. In a Service Module, admins can a. create, edit, delete & merge, and archive Service Programs via the Programs tab b. log, change, and delete Service Events via the Service Log tab, with an optional link to a Service Program and event-based standard and custom KPIs c. edit notification and other properties via the Service Config tab
2. Reports built from this data are displayed in the Service Report module, broken down both by entity (club/level) and by Service Program, with key KPIs (donation sums, hours, funds raised, custom KPIs), which are also accessible read-only via an API.

Request Estimate (effort, cost, timeline) per work package as listed in spec §2, incl. dependencies – so individual packages can be postponed or dropped. The estimate is the basis for comparing against the alternatives (spec §3a: stand-alone solution, WhatsApp bot as an additional channel).

Out of scope Approval workflow, split logic between clubs, multi-currency, write access via API, year-over-year trend reports.
