In the directory, we can see an overview of all clubs in our association, with their respective club boards, but I cannot see this kind of overview of all clubs in the admin interface. How is the overview in the directory compiled, and would it be possible to show this overview in the admin interface, e.g. under CRM; so you can choose contacts, clubs and organisations?
There should be an new Table under CRM in the left menu
Basic Columns should be include: Club Number, Club Name, CLub Status (Active, in formation, in preperation, Closed),Area Name, Region Name, Email, Website, Actual member Count (Actual Number Colour depening on set colour on national level), Club Age and Action Button to acces Support admin page of local club.
Optional Columns should include: founding Date, Founding Date, National Godparent, CLub visited in current year (Use visit log in current board year visited), Corresponding Adress 1, Corresponding Adress 2, Corresponding Adress Country, Corresponding Adress Country Code, Corresponding Adress Postal Code, Corresponding Adress Town City, Name Borad President, Name Board Secretary, Name Board Treasurer, Name I.R.O, Name Data Manager.
This data should be exportable to excel.
Reasoning This would be an easier way to get into the local support function; find the club in the overview when you are already in the admin interface, instead of having to switch to members interface, find the club in the directory and then log in as support. Could also help in creating an easy overview of club status, local board positions, missing information ETC.
