Honorary members

Honorary members in Round Table the netherlands are members for live. this is in the constution for round table the Netherlands.

The problem we fase now that every year we have to reset the member function to give them access back and set them as a member.

We need an solution to be able to give Honourary members full member rights as off our contstution. They should not be able to be admininstrators.

We need an option like the Past-member module to give them back access. If the Past member module is sufficient for this please let RTNL know.
