Our club have recently become aware that reminder emails are not sent to already registered participants. These emails are only sent to participants that are yet to register.
My, and our, suggestion is that reminder emails of an upcoming club event should be sent to invitees and already registered participants (to remind them of the upcoming event).
As an elongation of above suggetion is to incorporate this in the Reminder pattern module, where one can select which groups (invited/registered/will not attend) should receive what.
