When creating district-level events in TABLER.WORLD, there is currently a hard limit of 25 clubs that can be invited.
For district meetings in Germany, we increasingly organize these events as joint Kleeblatt events, inviting Round Tables,Club 41, Ladies’ Circles and Agora Club Tangent (ACT) clubs together. In practice, this often exceeds the current limit — for example, our upcoming district meeting requires inviting 32 clubs.
The current cap makes it difficult (or impossible) to properly organize inclusive district events across the Kleeblatt family and does not reflect how district events are actually structured.
Feature request: • Increase the maximum number of clubs that can be invited to an event or • Make the invitation limit configurable (e.g. higher limit for district or national events)
This would strongly support cross-organization collaboration and future-proof district event planning.
