USABILITY - Sharing function in invite emails

A common problem with activity management is members sharing their personalized invite links. From the feedback we receive in Germany, this is due to

members do not know that the link they receive is personalized
members also do not know where they can find the link that they can share as it is only accessible in the admin area of an activity

Add a note in the email every invitee of an activity receives above the buttons that the links behind the buttons are personalized and shall not be shared. Wording suggestions:

ENG: The following buttons use personalized links that cannot be used to share the activity invite with others. Please use respective link below to share the activity.
GER: Die folgenden Buttons nutzen personalisierte Links, die nicht zum Teilen des Einladungs-Links mit anderen genutzt werden können. Bitte nutze den jeweiligen Link unten, um die Activität zu teilen.

Add the different sharing links for the different clubs (RT, LC, 41er, AC, TC) below the buttons.
