ADMIN - Add years of membership metric

Add a KPI for years of membership to contact profile which automatically calculates the number of years the individual has been a member.

Allow filtering for admins on contacts list level.

This is the total number of years since first becoming a member of any club internationally.

@Johannes: is this the total number of years, over ALL Clubs/Associations, or only in the most recent Club?
