Page Mutations/Transactions

An mutation is automatic added when an Creditor or an debitor is added in the mutations sheet is chosen to wich item the statement belongs. all items are then all automatic added to form the mutation list.

if all is correct all mutations should be 2 times in the mutation list. first when the invoice is send or received and the second time when the invoice is payed or the money is received. then it is matching. you should be able to add manually mutations so money can be transferred from example the normal bank account to the savings account.

Page import Bank Statements

Please add function to import data from bank. this is easily done with en export from the bank transactions.

Page to View Balance sheet

Balance sheet will be calculated when the year is Closed. before that an balance sheet is showed but not fully calculated

Page to View Creditors

on the creditors list all contacts are only showed once with an combined amount what still need to be payed.

Page to View Deditors

on the Debitors List all contacts are only showed once with an combined amount what still need to be Received.

Page Income Statement

Page Income Statement is only valid when the year is closed. After the year is closed then the statement can only be changed after the agreement from the chairmen. Example:

Page Budget

The budget page should have the same posts as the income statement. and should be able to manual fill in the numbers. when the Budget is approved can not be changed and is showed in the income statement next to the real numbers

Financial DashBoard

The Dashboard Should show you some basic Data in graphics. Should show you a Grafic with turnover and Profits every month. an example of an good dashboard is shown below.
