TABLER WORLD Manager
Allow for option to hide poll votes until the poll is closed. Only the owner of the form should be able to make adjustments and close the poll.
Admin creates a poll. Under preferences you can select to make it private vote.
This will apply the following logic:
- Once the poll becomes visible no one except the developer of the platform, Peepl, can make any changes to the poll or delete it
- No one, including admins, can view vote results until the end date is passed.
- Results not visible to voter
- Users may not change their vote

Functionality details:
- Prevent all managers & admins from editing certain polls
- New option to enable this, between start & end date poll becomes uneditable
- Hijackers can't vote
