In case a contact will be edited (function deleted, function added, function edited), there will be a check, if either a member function (independent of active or with an end date), a prospect, a contact/guest function, an honorary member or a past member function is in there. If there is nothing like that, a warning can be shown: “No Guest or (past) member function available in the profile”

• Change text when assigning functions to:

  “Each Member must have a function “Member”. The end date must be empty, unless he is a member. Each Board and Board Assistant function should be assigned to a statutory year (Period). Each other function needs to have a (start) date; the end date is optional.”

• When modifying a function -> check for Board functions if the user still has a Member function after saving. Also when removing a Member function → check if user doesn’t have any Board functions.
